Flatness vs Projection
Original in-game Mario world images provided.
Mario Worlds projected at 45° on 200mm x 200mm square, constriction lines shown. 2H was used for all lines except cut lines, which are in 2B. Scanner struggled to pick up lines so they have been darkened on Photoshop. This made them feathery, pixilated and messy, so some editing has tried to restore them, however not to the original quality.
Mario World axonometric projection final copy in pen. Characters added and lines perfected with ruler.
Mario World Final design. Very simple and basic, but follows plan laid out by drawings.
